What it costs​

AI Bookings is $29/month and includes 250 customer conversations every month. It's available on the Growth and Pro plans and is added to your existing subscription.

A "conversation" is one back-and-forth chat with a customer, however many messages it takes. Your allowance refreshes each month.

Running low? Top up​

If you use up your monthly conversations, you can add more without changing your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing & plan.
  2. On the Add-on: AI Bookings panel, click Add 100 for $10 and confirm.

Top-up conversations are charged to your card on file and are on top of your monthly allowance. You can top up as many times as you need.

Answer quality and how it affects usage​

Under Settings → AI bookings, the Answer quality setting lets you choose how clever the assistant's answers are:

  • Quicker options answer fast and make your monthly conversations go further.
  • Smarter options give more detailed answers but use up your allowance a little quicker.

The everyday option is a great balance and is recommended for most businesses. Right below the setting you'll see how many conversations you have left this month.

Turning it off vs cancelling

Switching the AI bookings toggle off hides the chat but keeps the add-on. To stop being billed, remove the add-on: on the Billing & plan page, use Cancel add-on on the AI Bookings panel. The chat disappears from your booking page and you won't be billed for it again — you can add it back any time.

Results​

To see what the chat is actually doing for your business, go to Settings → AI bookings and look at the Results cards:

  • Conversations — how many customers chatted this month.
  • Bookings from chat — bookings that came from a conversation.
  • Conversion — the share of conversations that led to a booking.
  • Revenue from chat — the money those bookings brought in.

It's the quickest way to see the add-on paying for itself.
