Making the Chat Your Own Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
The chat comes ready to use, but a few small touches make it feel like part of your business. You'll find all of these under Settings → AI bookings on the Configuration tab, in the Look & feel card. Changes save as you make them and show up on your booking page right away.

Name
By default the assistant is called Dash. Give it any name you like — many owners use their business name or a friendly first name. It appears at the top of the chat and in the greeting.
Color
Pick the accent color for the chat button and header. Set it to your brand color so the chat blends into your site.
Button icon
Choose the icon shown on the chat button in the corner of the page — a chat bubble, a sparkle, a question mark, or the default Dash mark.
Subtitle
A short line shown under the name in the chat header — for example your business name or a tagline.
Starter questions
These are the suggested questions a customer sees when they first open the chat, so they know what they can ask. Add your own — the ones customers ask most are a great start. Keep them short. You can have up to four.
Pop-up invite
Turn this on to show a small friendly message next to the chat button — like "Got a question? I'm happy to help." — to gently invite customers to start a conversation. You can write your own wording or switch it off entirely.
You don't have to change any of this — the defaults look great. Set the color and starter questions if you only do two things.
What next
- Teach it about your business so it can answer more.
- See how it's doing — conversations, bookings, and revenue from the chat.
