What is AI Bookings? Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
AI Bookings puts a friendly chat button on your booking page. When a customer clicks it, they can ask anything about your business — what to book, what's available, your cancellation policy — and get an instant, accurate answer. It can even recommend the right option and take the booking, right there in the conversation.
Think of it as a knowledgeable member of staff who's on your booking page around the clock, answering questions the moment a customer has them — so they book instead of clicking away.

What it does for you
- Answers customer questions — it knows your listings, prices, and availability, and you can teach it anything else (parking, what to bring, policies).
- Recommends what to book — a customer describes what they're after and the assistant points them to the right option.
- Takes the booking — the customer can go from question to checkout without leaving the chat.
- Learns what it can't answer — every time a customer asks something it couldn't handle, it lands in a list for you to answer once, so it never gets stuck on the same question twice.
Where it appears
The assistant shows up in two places, both using the same settings:
- On your booking page — the chat button appears in the corner of your EquipDash booking widget.
- On your own website — paste one line of code and the same chat button appears on any page of your site. See Add the chat to your website.
AI Bookings is for your customers — it lives on your booking page. The AI Assistant is for you — it helps you run your business from inside EquipDash. They're separate features.
What you need
