Turning On AI Bookings Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

Getting the chat live is two quick steps: add the add-on to your plan, then switch it on.

Step 1 — Add the add-on​

  1. Go to Settings → Billing & plan.
  2. Scroll to the Add-on: AI Bookings panel below your plan options.
  3. Click Add for $29/mo and confirm.

The chat is switched on automatically as soon as the add-on is added — there's nothing else you need to do to make it appear on your booking page.

Growth and Pro plans only

AI Bookings is available on the Growth and Pro plans. If you're on Starter, you'll see a prompt to upgrade first. See Choosing a plan.

Step 2 — Check it's switched on​

  1. Go to Settings → AI bookings (under Customer facing in the settings menu).
  2. On the Configuration tab, make sure the AI bookings switch at the top is on.

When it's on, the status pill next to the page title reads Active and the chat button appears on your booking page. Turn the switch off any time to hide the chat without cancelling the add-on — handy if you want to pause it out of season.

Step 3 — Try it​

Open your booking page and click the chat button in the bottom corner. Say hello and ask it a question about your business — you'll see it answer using your listings straight away.
