Teaching Your Assistant Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
Out of the box, the assistant already knows your listings — your rentals, experiences, store items, prices, and availability. It reads them automatically. Everything on this page is about the extra things only you know: your policies, directions, what to bring, and the questions customers ask that aren't in a product description.
You'll find all of this under Settings → AI bookings on the Assistant knowledge tab.

Your listings — kept up to date automatically
At the top, Your assistant already knows your catalog shows whether it's up to date. It refreshes on its own, but if you've just added or changed what you offer and want the assistant to know immediately, click Refresh from catalog.
Add your own knowledge
This is where you teach it the things a product description doesn't cover.
- Give your answer a short Title — for example "Where to park" or "Cancellation policy".
- Write the answer the way you'd tell a customer.
- Click Add to knowledge base.
That's it — the assistant will use your answer from then on. The quick chips (Cancellation policy, Parking & directions, What to bring, Common questions) are there to get you started.
Viewing and editing what you've taught
Everything you've added appears in the Your knowledge list below the form. Each item has an edit (pencil) and a delete (trash) button.
- Click a row or its pencil to open it in a side panel where you can read and change the title or answer, then Save changes.
- Click the trash to remove it.

Questions it couldn't answer
This is the most useful ten minutes you'll spend on the chat. Whenever the assistant gets stuck on a customer's question, that question lands under Questions it couldn't answer, with the most-asked ones first.
- Read the question.
- Type the answer in your own words and save it — it instantly becomes knowledge the assistant uses from then on.
- Or dismiss a question you don't want to answer.
Because it shows you exactly what customers ask that you haven't written down yet, checking this list every week or two makes the assistant steadily better with almost no effort.
Every answer you add here — whether you type it in Add your own knowledge or by answering a stuck question — becomes part of the same knowledge base the assistant draws on, on your booking page and on your own website alike.
