Connecting GetYourGuide Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

Setup is a 2-step flow. Step 1 happens in EquipDash. Step 2 happens in the GetYourGuide Supplier Portal. Both are required before GetYourGuide can sell your experiences.

Timezones must match

Before you start, confirm your EquipDash supplier timezone (Settings → Business details → Localization) matches the meeting-point timezone of each product as configured on GetYourGuide. Mismatches cause availability to silently fail validation.

Step 1: Connect in EquipDash

  1. Go to Settings > API & Integrations.
  2. Click the GetYourGuide tab.
  3. Click Connect to GetYourGuide.
  4. Fill in:
    • GetYourGuide Supplier ID -- found on your GetYourGuide Supplier Portal dashboard. Recommended so GetYourGuide can show your products in their dropdown when configuring connectivity.
    • Supplier Name -- optional, your business name as it appears on GetYourGuide.
  5. Click Connect.

That's the entire EquipDash side. All your active experiences are now exposed -- there's no per-experience setup here.

Step 2: Configure each product on GetYourGuide

For every product you want to sell on GetYourGuide, repeat the following on the GetYourGuide Supplier Portal:

  1. Navigate to Manage → Products → See Details → Edit option → Connectivity Settings.
  2. Under "Do you use an online reservation system?", select Yes, I use a reservation system.
  3. Select EquipDash from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your EquipDash experience ID as the External Product ID.
  5. Set up Pricing Categories, Capacity, and Price on the GetYourGuide side.
  6. GetYourGuide runs validation automatically. When it passes, the product goes live.

Finding your experience ID in EquipDash

Open the GetYourGuide settings page in EquipDash. Under Experience IDs for GetYourGuide you'll see every active experience listed with its ID. Copy the ID for the experience you're configuring and paste it as the External Product ID on the GetYourGuide side.

tip

Make sure there are no extra spaces when you paste the ID. A trailing space causes GetYourGuide to reject the connection silently.

After Connecting

Once both sides are set up, the GetYourGuide settings page in EquipDash will show:

  • Supplier ID -- your GetYourGuide supplier ID
  • Connected since -- when the connection was established
  • Last synced -- the most recent sync activity

Don't forget to also map your rate categories so GetYourGuide ticket types (Adult, Child, etc.) match your EquipDash pricing.

Disconnecting

If you need to disconnect your GetYourGuide account:

  1. Go to Settings > API & Integrations > GetYourGuide.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. Read the confirmation message and click Confirm Disconnect.
caution

Disconnecting will:

  • Stop receiving new bookings from GetYourGuide
  • Keep all existing bookings and data in both systems

You can reconnect at any time using the same steps above.
