EquipDash integrates with GetYourGuide so you can sell your experiences on one of the world's largest online travel marketplaces. Once connected, availability syncs automatically and bookings flow straight into EquipDash -- no double-handling or manual data entry.


What Is GetYourGuide?

GetYourGuide is an online marketplace where travellers discover and book tours, activities, and experiences worldwide. By listing your experiences on GetYourGuide, you reach millions of potential customers who are actively searching for things to do at your destination.

The EquipDash integration acts as a Supplier API -- GetYourGuide connects directly to EquipDash to check availability, make bookings, and manage cancellations in real time.

How It Works

Setup is a 2-step flow split across both systems:

  1. In EquipDash: connect your GetYourGuide supplier account from Settings > API & Integrations > GetYourGuide and map your rate categories.
  2. In the GetYourGuide Supplier Portal: for each product you want to sell, go to Manage > Products > See Details > Edit option > Connectivity Settings, select EquipDash from the list of reservation systems, and enter your EquipDash experience ID as the External Product ID. Once both sides are set up, GetYourGuide checks your availability in real time, creates bookings when travellers purchase, and notifies you of cancellations. All GetYourGuide bookings appear automatically in your EquipDash Bookings page, calendar, and reports, just like any other booking.

Timezone must match

The timezone on your EquipDash supplier account must match the meeting-point timezone of each product as configured on GetYourGuide. If they don't match, GetYourGuide will silently reject your availability. Set both to the same IANA timezone (e.g. America/Los_Angeles).

  • Automatic exposure -- as soon as you connect, every active experience is available for GetYourGuide to sell. New experiences you create later show up automatically (you still need to add them as products on the GetYourGuide side).
  • Automatic booking creation -- bookings from GetYourGuide create full EquipDash bookings with customer records.
  • Rate category mapping -- map GetYourGuide ticket types (Adult, Child, Senior, etc.) to your EquipDash rate categories.
  • Time-point and time-period support -- whether your experience has fixed start times or runs as an open window, EquipDash sends the correct format automatically based on the experience's schedule type.
  • Add-ons support -- store products attached to your experiences are available as GetYourGuide add-ons.
  • Sync logs -- monitor every interaction between EquipDash and GetYourGuide with detailed logs and error information.
  • Recent bookings view -- see all GetYourGuide bookings at a glance with status and reference details.

Before You Start

  • You need a GetYourGuide supplier account.
  • You should have at least one active experience set up in EquipDash with schedules and pricing configured.
  • Your EquipDash supplier timezone (Settings → Business details → Localization) must match the meeting-point timezone of each product on the GetYourGuide side.
  • You need the Integrations Manage permission in EquipDash.
