Approvals on Your Phone
Anything waiting for your yes on the web can be answered from the EquipDash app too. A tap on the phone does the same thing as a click on the web.
What's waiting
Open the Dashboard tab. When something needs your answer, a row near the top says so. Nothing shows when nothing is waiting.
Booking requests
3 booking requests waiting opens Booking requests. Each request shows who asked, when for, the total, and how long you have left to answer.
- Tap Approve. The app asks you to confirm and says whether their saved card will be charged now.
- Tap Approve again to confirm the booking.
Decline turns the request down and frees the time. Open the booking shows the whole booking first.
Waiting on you Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
2 things waiting on you opens Waiting on you. It lists the messages your bots want to send and the changes Dash is holding for your OK.
Each row has its own yes button, such as Send or Apply, and a no button such as Decline. Tap the row itself to read the whole thing before you answer. What you answered recently stays at the bottom under Recently answered.
Cards in the AI tab Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
Ask Dash in the AI tab answers with the same cards as on the web: a booking, a customer, the numbers, or a change for you to approve. Buttons on a card work the same way they do on the web, and the card updates in place when you tap one.
Approving and declining need a signal. Unlike booking changes and checklists, they don't wait in the offline queue.
