Dash on Your Pages Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

You don't have to open a chat to get help from Dash. The pages and the menu stay the same, and most pages open with a Dash card at the top that says what needs you there.

The Dash cardโ€‹

The card's first line counts what needs you on that page, such as "One thing needs you on Bookings." or "3 things need you on Products." On a quiet page it reads "Ask me anything about Bookings." instead.

Under that line, the card shows up to three rows. Each row is one job with its own button, for example Text all 4, Send 2 pay links or Review them. Click it and Dash does that job. Once you have done a job by hand, the row offers Make it a bot so Dash handles it on its own next time.

Below the rows:

  • Ask box: type a question about the page, such as "Who hasn't paid this week?"
  • Suggestions: up to three ready-made questions for that page.
  • Bots: your bots, so you can see what is running. Click one to open it.

To hide a row you don't need, click the ร— on it. It comes back only if the problem gets a lot worse. The buttons at the top right of the card collapse it to one line, read it aloud, or open Dash beside the page.

The card shows on pages like Dashboard, Bookings, Customers, Staff, Products, Experiences, Calendar, Requests, Waiting list, Quotes, Workshop, Promotions, Store, Reports, Surveys, Programs and the Settings overview. A booking, a customer, a product, an experience and a staff member each get a card about that record.

The dashboardโ€‹

On the dashboard, the card lists everything waiting across your business, one row per kind of job:

Click a row to see who it covers, then See all to open the full list.

The bookings listโ€‹

  1. Open Bookings.
  2. The Dash column says what Dash did on each booking, such as a reminder it sent or a pay link it chased. It sits next to Payment status, and you can hide it from the column manager like any other column.
  3. Click Needs me in the filter row to see only the bookings Dash could not finish on its own. The number on it is how many. It only shows when at least one booking needs you.

A booking, a customer, a productโ€‹

  • Booking: the card says who the customer is and whether they owe money on other bookings. The customer card on the booking lists What Dash knows about them.
  • Customer: an open booking request sits on the record with Approve and charge (or Approve and send the payment link when there is no saved card) and Decline. What Dash knows sits in the contact card.
  • Product: the card above the tabs lists what Dash sees in your bookings for this product, such as weekends selling out or units in the workshop. When some product settings are still blank, a row lists them and Fill them in sets them from how your bookings run.

The calendarโ€‹

On the rentals calendar's multi-day view, each day can carry chips such as "2 late back", "3 requests waiting" or "4 on the waiting list". They show when the day is wide enough to fit them.

Changing settings by askingโ€‹

On the Settings overview, type the change in the Dash card: "Set our phone to 555 0100" or "Change the cancellation notice to 48 hours". Dash shows the setting before and after, and nothing changes until you click Apply. Leave it drops the change, and Open the page takes you to the form if you would rather change it by hand.

Turning it offโ€‹

  1. Go to Settings > AI Assistant.
  2. Turn off Show Dash on your pages.

Your pages go back to how they looked without the card. Ask Dash, the Dash panel and the Bots page still work.
