Surveys Overview Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

Surveys let you collect customer feedback after every booking so you can understand what is working well and where you can improve. EquipDash includes a built-in survey builder, automatic sending, NPS tracking, and detailed analytics.

What Surveys Do

With surveys you can:

  • Collect feedback automatically after a rental return, experience completion, or booking checkout
  • Track your NPS score (Net Promoter Score) over time to measure customer loyalty
  • Identify unhappy customers early with detractor alerts so you can follow up quickly
  • Analyze trends across questions, time periods, and customer segments
  • Drive online reviews by directing happy customers to your Google, TripAdvisor, or Facebook review pages

How Surveys Work

Here is the typical flow:

  1. Build your survey using the drag-and-drop survey builder. Add questions like NPS ratings, star ratings, multiple choice, or free text.
  2. Set a send trigger so the survey goes out automatically (or keep it manual and send when you choose).
  3. Customers receive an email with a link to your survey. They fill it out on a mobile-friendly page.
  4. Responses flow into analytics where you can view NPS scores, response rates, individual answers, and trends over time.
  5. Follow up on detractors directly from the responses tab — add internal notes and track follow-up status.

Finding Surveys

To open the Surveys section:

  1. Click Surveys in the left sidebar.
  2. The page title shows Surveys with the heading All surveys.
  3. You will see a list of all your surveys with their current status, auto-send setting, response count, response rate, and NPS score.

The Surveys List

The surveys list gives you an at-a-glance view of every survey in your account. Use the + New survey button in the top-right corner to create a new survey.

Filtering Surveys

The filter bar above the table lets you narrow down the list quickly:

  • Search — type a survey name to find it instantly.
  • Status — filter by Published or Draft.
  • Trigger — filter by the auto-send trigger assigned to each survey.
