Your Weekly Feedback Digest Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

You shouldn't have to log in to know how your customers are feeling. Every Monday at 8 AM in your own time zone, EquipDash emails you Your week in feedback โ€” a short summary of the week just gone. Read it with your coffee and you'll know in 30 seconds whether anything needs you.

What's in the Emailโ€‹

  • Responses โ€” how many survey responses came in last week.
  • Happiness โ€” your average 0โ€“10 rating for the week, with your NPS for benchmarking. See Happiness Scores (NPS) Explained.
  • Needs your reply โ€” how many responses are still waiting on a follow-up, with a link straight to them.
  • Review clicks โ€” how many customers clicked through to your Google or TripAdvisor review pages.
  • Recent unhappy comments โ€” up to three things unhappy customers actually said, so the real problems never stay buried in a dashboard.

Quiet week? You still get the email โ€” a short "all good" note so you know nothing is broken and there was simply nothing to report.

Who Gets Itโ€‹

The digest goes to every team member who has the Survey Weekly Digest notification turned on. It's on by default.

Turning It Off (or Back On)โ€‹

Each person controls their own digest from their notification preferences:

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar, then Notifications.
  2. Open the Surveys & reviews section.
  3. Toggle Survey Weekly Digest off (or on).

Your change saves automatically. Turning it off only affects your own inbox โ€” the rest of the team keeps theirs โ€” and it only stops the digest. The other survey emails (Survey Request, Survey Response, Survey Detractor, Survey Reward) are separate switches in the same section. See Notification Settings for the full list.

Acting on What You Seeโ€‹

  • Needs your reply above zero? Click the link in the email to jump straight to those responses โ€” a call this morning beats a bad review next week. See Following Up on Responses.
  • Review clicks but no new reviews? Check your links under Settings โ†’ Surveys & reviews โ†’ Your review pages โ€” a link that lands on your listing instead of its "write a review" page loses people at the last step.
  • Want the numbers any time? The same stats โ€” plus trends, breakdowns, per-question results and per-guide happiness โ€” live on the Survey Analytics page.
