Promo Code Analytics Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

EquipDash tracks how your promo codes are being used. You can see how many times each code has been redeemed, the total discount given, and which bookings used the code.

Viewing Usage Statistics

  1. In the left sidebar, click Promotions then Promo Codes.
  2. Click on a promo code in the table to open its detail page.
  3. On the Details tab, look at the Usage Statistics card on the right side.

The card shows:

MetricWhat It Means
Total UsesThe number of times the code has been redeemed
Total Discount GivenThe total monetary value of all discounts applied through this code
Unique CustomersThe number of different customers who have used the code

Viewing Bookings That Used a Code

  1. On the promo code detail page, click the Bookings tab.
  2. A table lists every booking that used this promo code.

From here, you can click on a booking to jump to its full detail page and see the discount that was applied.

If no bookings have used the code yet, you will see the message: "No bookings have used this promo code yet."

Quick Usage Check from the Table

You can also get a quick view of usage without opening the detail page. On the main Promo Codes table, the Uses column shows:

  • A number like 0 (no usage limit set) — meaning it has been used 0 times
  • A fraction like 3/50 — meaning 3 uses out of a 50-use limit

This lets you quickly spot which codes are being used and which are approaching their limits.

Tips

  • Check usage stats before renewing a promotion. Before extending a code's validity or creating a similar one, review the numbers to see if it actually drove bookings.
  • Watch for codes that hit their usage limit quickly. If a code reaches its limit early, the promotion is popular — consider increasing the limit or creating a follow-up code.
  • Compare Total Discount Given vs. booking revenue. A promo code that gives $500 in discounts but drives $5,000 in bookings is a strong performer.
  • Use Unique Customers to gauge reach. A code used 10 times by 10 different customers is more effective for customer acquisition than one used 10 times by 2 customers.
