Campaign Analytics Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
After sending a campaign, EquipDash tracks delivery results so you can see how your send went.
Getting to Campaign Stats
- In the left sidebar, click Promotions then Campaigns.
- Click on the campaign you want to review.
- Click the Stats tab.

Key Metrics
The Stats tab shows four summary cards:
| Metric | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Total Recipients | The total number of customers the campaign was sent to |
| Sent | The number of emails that were successfully sent |
| Pending | The number of emails still being processed |
| Failed | The number of emails that could not be delivered (e.g., invalid email address, full inbox) |
Quick Stats from the Table
You can also see basic campaign stats without opening the detail page. On the main Campaigns table:
- The Recipients column shows how many people were targeted.
- The Status column shows the current state (Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent).
- The Sent Date column shows when the campaign was delivered (or "-" if not yet sent).
Understanding the Results
- All Sent, zero Failed: Your campaign was delivered successfully to all recipients.
- Some Failed: A few emails bounced — this usually means invalid or inactive email addresses. Consider cleaning up those customer records.
- Pending during Sending: While a campaign is in "Sending" status, you may see emails in the Pending state. These will move to Sent or Failed as the system processes them.
Tips
- Check stats a few hours after sending. Give the system time to process all deliveries before drawing conclusions.
- Address failed deliveries. If certain emails consistently fail, the customer email addresses may be incorrect. Update them in the customer record.
- Track results across campaigns. If your failure rate increases over time, it may be time to clean up your customer database and remove invalid emails.
