EquipDash connects directly to Manawa, the marketplace for outdoor adventure activities. Once connected, Manawa reads your live availability and prices straight from EquipDash, and bookings made on manawa.com land in your EquipDash bookings automatically — no copy/paste, no double handling, no overbooking.

How It Works
- Connect from Settings → API & Integrations → Manawa — one click. EquipDash generates the access details Manawa needs; there are no forms to fill in and nothing to paste.
- Send the access details to Manawa — your Manawa account manager activates the connection on their side.
- List your experiences — choose which experiences Manawa can sell and which ticket types apply (Adult, Child, Youth, Infant, or Group).
- Manawa's team matches your listed experiences to your activity pages on manawa.com, and bookings start flowing.
Good to Know
- Payment is handled by Manawa. Customers pay Manawa at checkout; Manawa pays you out per your agreement with them, with their commission already deducted. Manawa bookings arrive in EquipDash marked as paid.
- Bookings show their source. Every booking created through this connection has the source Manawa, so you can filter and report on the channel.
- Capacity is always live. Manawa checks your real EquipDash availability before confirming, and holds seats while a customer is checking out, so your widget, POS, and Manawa never sell the same seat twice.
- Customer notes come through. Anything the customer tells Manawa at checkout (weight, dietary needs, pickup details) appears as a note on the booking.
- Cancelling on either side is safe. A cancellation on Manawa cancels the EquipDash booking and frees the seats. Refunds are handled by Manawa, since they took the payment.
Activity Log
Every call Manawa makes — availability checks, holds, bookings, cancellations — is recorded in the Activity Log at the bottom of the Manawa settings page, with status and response time, so you can always see exactly what happened and when.
