What Is Zapier?
Zapier is an automation platform that connects apps together. You create "Zaps" -- automated workflows that trigger actions between apps. For example:
- New booking in EquipDash → Add to a Google Sheet for your daily roster
- New customer in EquipDash → Add to your Mailchimp mailing list
- Booking cancelled → Send a follow-up email via Gmail offering to rebook
- New lead from a Facebook Lead Ad → Create a customer in EquipDash
