What Is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that connects apps together. You create "Zaps" -- automated workflows that trigger actions between apps. For example:

  • New booking in EquipDash → Add to a Google Sheet for your daily roster
  • New customer in EquipDash → Add to your Mailchimp mailing list
  • Booking cancelledSend a follow-up email via Gmail offering to rebook
  • New lead from a Facebook Lead Ad → Create a customer in EquipDash

  • You need a Zapier account (free plans available).
  • You need the API & Integrations Manage permission in EquipDash (Admin or Manager role).
