List View

The list view presents your experience sessions in a two-panel layout. The left panel lists your experiences, and the right panel shows full session and booking details when you select one. It is especially useful for scanning capacity and participant information without the visual complexity of a calendar grid.

The list view is only available for experiences, not for rentals. The rental calendar uses week and month views only.

Switching to List Viewโ€‹

  1. Navigate to the Calendar page from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Experiences tab.
  3. The list view is the default layout when you open the experience calendar. If you are in calendar view, click the list icon (the first icon in the top-right toggle group) to switch back.

Day List Viewโ€‹

In day mode, the list view shows all experiences that have sessions scheduled for the selected date.

Left panel -- Experience rowsโ€‹

Each row represents one experience and shows:

The capacity badge uses the same three-tier color system as the rest of the calendar:

Amber60% or more of spots are booked, but not full
RedFully booked

Right panel -- Session detailsโ€‹

Click any experience row to see all of its sessions for the day in the right panel. Each session appears as a card showing:

  • Time and date of the session
  • Experience name and schedule ID
  • Guide name, or a "No guide assigned" warning in red if no guide is set
  • Capacity indicator with a colored dot and fraction (e.g., "8/12")
  • Participant table with Booking ID, name, email, status, and form compliance columns (if applicable)
  • View manifest button linking to the full manifest page for that session

If no bookings exist for a session, the participant table is not shown.

Month List Viewโ€‹

Switch to month mode by clicking the Month button. The list view now shows a broader picture of the full month.

Left panel -- Experience summaryโ€‹

Each experience appears as a row showing:

  • Thumbnail image and experience name
  • Date range for sessions in the current month

Right panel -- Expanded sessionsโ€‹

Click an experience to see all its sessions for the month in the detail panel, grouped by date. Each session shows:

  • Date and time
  • Experience name and schedule ID
  • Guide name or "No guide assigned" warning
  • Capacity indicator
  • Booking table with Booking ID, Participant name, Email, and Status columns

Filtering the Listโ€‹

Just like the calendar view, you can filter the list using the filter bar:

  1. Availability -- Narrow down to available or unavailable sessions.
  2. Category -- Show only one experience category.
  3. Guide -- Filter by assigned guide, or select "No guide" to find unassigned sessions.
  4. Experience -- Show only one experience.

Filters apply immediately and the list updates in real time.

  • Use the arrow buttons in the toolbar to move forward or backward by one day.
  • Click the date display in the toolbar to open a date picker and jump to any date.
  • Click Today to return to the current date.
  • Click the Day or Month button to toggle between single-day and full-month views.
