Automations Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher
Automations are always-on campaigns that send themselves. Turn one on once, and it keeps working in the background — asking for reviews, recovering unfinished bookings, and winning back customers who've gone quiet. Each one is a single toggle, and each card shows its own stats.
- In the left sidebar, click Promotions then Campaigns.
- Click the Automations tab at the top of the page.

The Three Automations
Post-trip follow-up
After each trip, asks customers for a Google review.
- When it sends: about 24 hours after the trip.
- Stats shown: sent this month, review clicks.
- Setup: this uses your existing review-request setup, so the toggle takes you to Surveys & Reviews settings to turn it on there. See Surveys Overview.
Abandoned-cart recovery
Emails customers who started a booking but didn't finish, with a link to pick up where they left off.
- When it sends: about 2 hours after they leave checkout.
- Stats shown: sent this month, recovered bookings, revenue.
- Toggle it on right from the card — that's the whole setup. See also Abandoned Cart Recovery.
Win-back
Once a month, emails customers who haven't booked in 6+ months.
- When it sends: monthly, to each customer once.
- Stats shown: sent this month, bookings, revenue.
- Before you turn it on: the card shows how many customers would qualify right now, so you know the audience size up front.
Turning Automations On and Off
- Flip the toggle on a card to turn it on — you'll get a confirmation of what happens next.
- Turn it off anytime. Nothing else will send, and you can turn it back on whenever you like.
- Automations respect opt-outs automatically — customers who unsubscribed are never emailed.
Good to Know
- Automations are separate from your one-off campaigns — they don't appear in the campaign list, and their results live on their own cards.
- The default messages are ready to use as-is (e.g. the win-back email starts "We miss you,
{customer_name}!"). - Toggling automations requires the Manage campaigns permission (post-trip follow-up uses your surveys settings instead).
