A chat is one back and forth with a customer, however many messages it takes. Both allowances start again each month.
AI Front Desk is available on the Growth and Pro plans, and is added to what you already pay.
What is left this month
Open AI Front Desk in the sidebar. The Overview tab shows both allowances under the two channel cards, in the same units you bought them in.
The calls meter appears once you have turned the phone on.
Running low
On Settings → Billing & plan, the add-on panel has two buttons:
- Add 100 chats for $10.00
- Add 25 calls for $15.00
Both are charged to the card on file, and both carry over. Anything you do not use this month is still there next month. Top up as many times as you need.
The two allowances are separate. Running out of calls never stops the chat, and running out of chats never stops the phone.
Shops that bought the old chat add-on keep paying $29 a month until they turn the phone on. From that day it is $49 with the calls included. The panel tells you which one you are on.
Pausing it without paying for it
Turning the Chat on your booking page switch off hides the chat but keeps the add-on, so you are still billed. To stop being billed, cancel the add-on. See Ending it first, because cancelling gives your phone number back.
