Bundles let you group multiple products together as a package deal. Customers can book the entire bundle in one go, often at a discounted price compared to renting each item individually. For example, you might offer an "Adventure Weekend Pack" that includes a mountain bike, tent, and camping stove kit.
Opening the Bundles Page
- Go to Rentals > Bundles in the left sidebar.
- You will see the bundles table listing any existing bundles with their name, image, number of products, pricing type, and price.

- Click + Add Bundle in the top-right corner. The Add new bundle panel slides out.
- Enter a Bundle Name (required) -- for example, "Adventure Weekend Pack".

- Optionally upload a Bundle Image (max 500 kB, recommended 500x500 px).

- Flat (single bundle price) -- A single flat price for the entire bundle, regardless of individual product prices.

Adding Products to a Bundle
After creating the bundle, you will be taken to the Bundle Detail page where you add products:
- Click Add Product in the top-right corner.
- Search for and select a product from your catalog.
- Set the Qty -- how many of this product are included in the bundle (e.g., 1 mountain bike).
- If using Calculated pricing, set the Discount Type (Percentage or Fixed) and the Discount amount for each product.
- Repeat for each product you want in the bundle.
The right side of the page shows the Pricing summary and the Bundle Image.

Bundle Pricing Tips
- Calculated pricing works well when you want to show customers exactly what each item costs and highlight per-item savings. Customers see the original prices with discounts applied.
- Flat pricing works well when you want a single clean price for the whole package, making it simple for customers to understand.
- Offer a discount -- Whether you use per-item discounts (calculated) or a flat price lower than the sum of individual items, giving customers a deal encourages them to book the bundle.
- Keep it simple -- Bundles work best when they are easy for customers to understand. Group products that naturally go together.
Bundle Availability
A bundle is only available when all products in the bundle have sufficient inventory for the requested dates. If even one product is fully booked, the entire bundle will show as unavailable.
