Managing Bundles Growth+This feature requires the Growth+ plan or higher

Once you have created bundles, you can manage them from the bundles table. Edit pricing, add or remove products, and control whether a bundle is available for booking.

The Bundles Table​

Go to Rentals > Bundles to see all your bundles. The table shows:

Editing a Bundle​

  1. In the bundles table, click on the bundle name to open the Bundle Detail page.
  2. Click Edit to modify the bundle's name, description, price, or image.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

Modifying products in a bundle​

From the bundle detail page:

  • Add a product -- Click Add Product, search for the product, set the quantity, and add it.
  • Change quantity -- Update the quantity of an existing product in the bundle.
  • Remove a product -- Click the remove icon next to the product you want to take out.

Activating and Deactivating a Bundle​

You can control whether a bundle is available for booking:

  • Active bundles appear on the booking widget and can be booked by customers.
  • Inactive bundles are hidden from the widget and cannot be booked.

To change the status:

  1. Open the bundle in edit mode.
  2. Toggle the Status between Active and Inactive.
  3. Save.

This is useful for seasonal bundles that you only want available at certain times of year.

Deleting a Bundle​

  1. In the bundles table, click the Delete action on the bundle row.
  2. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
caution

Deleting a bundle is permanent. The individual products within the bundle are not affected -- only the bundle grouping is removed. Existing bookings that used this bundle will keep their historical records.

Bundles on the Booking Widget​

Active bundles appear on your booking widget alongside individual products. Customers can see the bundle contents and the bundled price, making it easy to compare value against renting items separately.
