Put your booking page or website on your own address ProThis feature requires the Pro plan

You can open your booking page on an address like book.yourshop.com, even if your website is built somewhere else. If you have an EquipDash website, you can put it on www.yourshop.com the same way.

Add your address​

  1. Go to Settings > Custom domain.
  2. Under Your address, type the address, like book.yourshop.com.
  3. Under What it opens, pick Booking page or Website.
  4. Click Connect.

Use a sub-address like book. or www.. A bare yourshop.com on its own cannot point at us.

Add the two records​

Once you connect, the card shows:

  • Where you bought yourshop.com - the company that holds your domain. We work it out for you. If it is wrong, pick the right one.
  • Three steps for that company, and an Open button that takes you to its sign-in page.
  • Two records to copy, each with a Copy button. Type the Name exactly as shown, like book - most companies add yourshop.com on the end by themselves.

Add both records, one at a time. That is all you need to do.

If someone else looks after your domain, click Send these steps to someone who helps you and type their email. We send them the steps and both records.

When it goes live​

We check every few minutes. When both records are found we set up the secure padlock, and the address shows Live. We email you once when that happens, so you do not need to keep checking. It usually takes under an hour, and sometimes longer while the records spread.

Once it is live, use it on your website's Book button, in emails and on social posts. Copy address puts it on your clipboard.

Want both?​

Add a second address. For example, book.yourshop.com for the booking page and www.yourshop.com for your website. You can have one of each.

Remove an address​

Click Remove. The address stops opening your pages straight away, and your booking page and website stay on their EquipDash addresses. Nothing changes at your domain company.
