Managing Payment Method

Your payment method is the credit or debit card used to pay for your EquipDash subscription and any additional purchases (like AI credit packs). You can update it at any time.

Viewing Your Current Payment Method​

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Select Billing & plan from the settings menu.
  3. In the Payment Method section, you will see:
    • Card type -- Visa, Mastercard, etc.
    • Last four digits -- the last four digits of the card number.
    • Expiry date -- when the card expires.

Updating Your Payment Method​

  1. On the Billing & plan page, find the Payment Method section.
  2. Click Update.
  3. A secure form will appear (powered by Stripe).
  4. Enter your new card details.
  5. Click Update.

Your new card will be used for all future subscription charges and purchases.

Things to Keep in Mind​

  • Your card details are processed securely by Stripe. EquipDash does not store your full card number.
  • If your card is declined during a subscription renewal, you will receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
  • You can update your payment method at any time, even if your current card has not expired.
  • The payment method is shared across subscription billing and any additional purchases (e.g., AI credit packs).
