Viewing Invoices

EquipDash keeps a record of every invoice and payment associated with your subscription. You can view and download them at any time for your records or accounting.


Accessing Your Invoice History

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Select Billing & plan from the settings menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Invoices section.
  4. You will see the Invoice History table, showing:
    • Date -- when the invoice was created.
    • Amount -- the total charged.
    • Status -- paid, pending, or failed.
    • View -- click to open the full invoice.

Viewing an Invoice

To view a specific invoice:

  1. Find the invoice in the list.
  2. Click the View link.
  3. The full invoice will open in a new tab, where you can view or download it as a PDF.

Each invoice includes:

  • Your business name and address.
  • The billing period.
  • A line-item breakdown of charges.
  • The total amount and payment status.

Understanding Invoice Statuses

StatusMeaning
PaidThe payment was processed successfully
PendingThe payment is being processed
FailedThe payment was declined -- update your payment method

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Invoices are generated by Stripe and reflect all subscription charges and one-time purchases.
  • If you need an invoice for a specific transaction that is not listed, contact support.
  • Annual subscriptions generate one invoice per year, while monthly subscriptions generate one per month.
