Viewing Invoices
EquipDash keeps a record of every invoice and payment associated with your subscription. You can view and download them at any time for your records or accounting.
Accessing Your Invoice History
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Select Billing & plan from the settings menu.
- Scroll down to the Invoices section.
- You will see the Invoice History table, showing:
- Date -- when the invoice was created.
- Amount -- the total charged.
- Status -- paid, pending, or failed.
- View -- click to open the full invoice.
Viewing an Invoice
To view a specific invoice:
- Find the invoice in the list.
- Click the View link.
- The full invoice will open in a new tab, where you can view or download it as a PDF.
Each invoice includes:
- Your business name and address.
- The billing period.
- A line-item breakdown of charges.
- The total amount and payment status.
Understanding Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | The payment was processed successfully |
| Pending | The payment is being processed |
| Failed | The payment was declined -- update your payment method |
Things to Keep in Mind
- Invoices are generated by Stripe and reflect all subscription charges and one-time purchases.
- If you need an invoice for a specific transaction that is not listed, contact support.
- Annual subscriptions generate one invoice per year, while monthly subscriptions generate one per month.
