About Landa Falls
Landa Falls is a unique river outfitter located on the Wurstfest grounds along the banks of the Comal River in New Braunfels. Their prime location at 120 Landa Street gives guests access to the longest float on the Comal, starting upstream near the headwaters at Landa Park and winding through some of the most scenic stretches of the spring-fed river before reaching the popular tube chute.
Admission to the Landa Falls property includes a tube for every guest, with upgraded options like cooler tubes, two-person rafts, and paddleboards available for additional rental fees. The grounds feature shaded picnic areas, restrooms, and a snack bar, making it easy to spend an entire day on the water without needing to leave the property. Weekday rates start at $20 and weekend and holiday rates at $25.
What makes Landa Falls stand out is the combination of the extended float distance and the park-like atmosphere of the Wurstfest grounds. The Comal River here flows at a consistent pace through lush pecan trees and limestone bluffs, and the water stays a refreshing 72 degrees year-round thanks to the natural springs that feed it. It is a well-run operation that draws families, college groups, and weekend visitors from Austin and San Antonio alike.
