Sell multi-day trips, your way

Each tour can offer pick-one choice groups such as hotel category (Budget, Deluxe, Premium) or coach type (Seater, Sleeper). Each option is priced per traveler, you can mark a group required, and the total updates live as the customer builds their package. You can also cap how many of an option sell on a given date.

Either, per tour. Run it as a private trip sold by the group — capping the maximum party size and how many private groups depart per day — or sell it as a shared departure, by the seat. Customers always see what is left before they book.

Customers book online through your booking widget and your staff book in person at the POS — both with deposits, waivers, confirmation emails and magic-link self-service. Each traveler's choices are saved on the booking and shown on the confirmation.

Every departure gets a manifest listing each traveler and the choices they made — hotel, coach and more — in clear columns, with waiver and check-in status. Multi-day trips show the full date span, and you can print it, save a PDF, or export a CSV.
