Prices and opening dates that change with the season

Q: Can I set blackout dates?

Yes. Add a one-off or weekly closure, all day or for set hours. Those times can’t be booked on any channel, and bookings you already have are never canceled.

Q: Can I take bookings only in season?

Yes. Set open dates, like Nov 1 to Mar 31 every year, and every date outside them is closed for booking.

Q: Can I have different hours per season?

Yes. Special hours change your opening times for a date range, with different times for each weekday if you need them. A single date can have its own hours too.

Q: Can I set a minimum rental length?

Yes. Set a minimum for each product, or one default for your whole business. Seasons then handle the prices, hours and closures.

Q: Can I reuse last year’s seasons?

Yes. Copy a season from the season list and change its dates. Open dates can repeat every year on their own.

Q: Do closures affect OTA listings?

Yes. Viator and GetYourGuide check availability with EquipDash, so a closed date can’t be booked there either.
