MY REPORTS
My reports sits under Reports in the sidebar. Pick one of six starters, like Sales by item, Bookings by day of week or Who still owes money, and it opens ready to change. Or press New report and build from an empty page.
Every report you save is listed with what it shows, the dates it covers and who gets it by email.
HOW A REPORT IS BUILT
Drag a block onto the page, then drag fields into it. Put several blocks on one page for a season summary with totals, a chart and a table together.
Headline totals like sales, bookings and the average booking, side by side.
Bars or a line across any date or field, like sales by month or bookings by day of week.
One line for each item, customer or staff member, with the totals you choose to add up.
A line of context for whoever reads the report, kept right next to the numbers.
Fields come from your bookings, booking lines, payments, customers, sessions, store sales and staff hours.
EMAIL AND EXPORT
Press Email it, pick who gets the report and how often: every day, every week or every month. Your manager starts Monday with last week's numbers without logging in.
Need it somewhere else? Export any report as a CSV, an Excel file or a PDF, and saved reports open on your phone too.
