EquipDash uses the following third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to deliver the platform. Each processes personal data only as needed for its purpose below, under data protection terms with EquipDash. We update this page when sub-processors change; material changes are also announced to account administrators.
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud hosting, storage, email delivery (SES) | United States |
| Stripe | Card payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1) — card data never touches EquipDash servers | United States / global |
| Paystack | Card payment processing (where enabled by the business) | Global |
| Amazon Web Services (SES) | Transactional and campaign email delivery | United States |
| Twilio | SMS delivery and inbound replies (STOP handling) | United States |
| Sign-in with Google, Google Calendar sync, ads conversion measurement | United States / global | |
| OpenAI | AI assistant (Dash AI) — processes prompts which may reference booking/customer details | United States |
| Anthropic | AI assistant (Dash AI) | United States |
| Xero | Accounting sync (invoices, contacts) — only when connected by the business | New Zealand / global |
| Intuit QuickBooks | Accounting sync — only when connected by the business | United States |
| GetYourGuide | OTA channel sync (bookings made on GetYourGuide) | Germany |
| Viator (Tripadvisor) | OTA channel sync (bookings made on Viator) | United States |
Where a business connects its own accounts (for example its own Stripe, Twilio, Xero, or AI provider keys), that provider acts under the business's own agreement with them rather than as an EquipDash sub-processor.
