About Blue Marlin Dive Gili Trawangan
Established in 1990, Blue Marlin Dive is the original dive centre of the Gili Islands and the flagship of one of Indonesia's largest diving networks. Sitting on the main beach road just a minute from the harbour on Gili Trawangan, it is a PADI 5-Star Career Development Centre with its own accommodation, training pool and beachfront restaurants.
The centre runs the full spectrum of PADI programmes, from first-time Discover Scuba Diving sessions and Open Water certifications through to Divemaster and Instructor Development courses. Experienced divers can join daily fun dives across the Gili reefs, while Blue Marlin Tech offers technical and sidemount training for those pushing deeper.
With decades of local knowledge, multilingual instructors and easy access to sites like Shark Point, Manta Point and the Meno turtle gardens, Blue Marlin remains a benchmark for diving in the region. Two pools, a rooftop restaurant with Rinjani views and on-site rooms make it a genuine one-stop dive resort.
