About Bureau des Guides de Verbier
The Bureau des Guides de Verbier — also known as Adrenaline — is Verbier's premier mountain-guiding operation, founded in 1997 and staffed by more than twenty UIAGM/IFMGA-certified local guides. The bureau serves as the central hub for anyone seeking professional guidance in the high alpine terrain surrounding the 4 Vallées, from off-piste powder descents to full-blown mountaineering expeditions.
Their winter programme includes freeride guiding, backcountry ski touring, splitboard excursions, and helicopter skiing to iconic descents off Petit Combin, Rosablanche, and the Trient Glacier. In summer, the guides lead technical alpinism, rock climbing, via ferrata, glacier trekking, and multi-day haute-route traverses. All trips are tailored to group size and ability, with safety briefings and avalanche equipment provided as standard.
With nearly three decades of operation, the Bureau des Guides is the most established guiding outfit in the Verbier region. Their intimate knowledge of local conditions — snowpack, weather windows, hidden couloirs — is the kind of expertise you simply cannot get from a rental shop or an app. For anyone looking to push beyond the marked pistes and experience the raw alpine environment, this is the definitive starting point.
