High Country Salmon is a salmon farm 3 km south of Twizel on State Highway 8, at 2602 Twizel-Omarama Highway. It is open daily from 9am to 8pm.
Visitors can reel in their own salmon with the gear supplied. The farm also has a fish shop and deli and Logans, a floating cafe.
