About Outside Sports Wanaka

Outside Sports runs its Wanaka snow rentals from the main store at 17/23 Dunmore Street and its bike rentals from 48 Helwick Street. The chain also has stores in Queenstown, Tekapo and Te Anau.

Ski hire comes in Classic, Premier, Heli-Ski and Executive grades, with snowboards, boots, jackets, pants and helmets. Kids get a free helmet with their hire, and gear can be picked up from 1pm the day before the first hire day.

In summer the Helwick Street store hires bikes and e-bikes, and the shop also rents hiking gear. Snow and bike rentals both book online.
