Overview Block
The overview block is a clean at-a-glance summary row that sits at the top of every experience and rental detail page on your widget. Customers see the four or five things they care about most β how long, where, who, how many β without scrolling.
What It Showsβ
| Field | Source | Appears when |
|---|---|---|
| Duration | Experience duration / rental rate | Always, if a duration exists |
| Meeting point | First line of Check-in details content block | Check-in details has content |
| Ages | Minimum / maximum age (rate categories) | Age restriction configured |
| Group size | Minimum / maximum participants | Set on the experience |
| Cancellation | Shortest free-cancellation window from your policy | A cancellation policy is applied |
Each tile hides automatically if the underlying field is blank.
Where It Comes Fromβ
You don't edit the overview block directly β it's generated from fields you already fill in elsewhere.
| Tile | Edit in⦠|
|---|---|
| Duration | Experience / rental product form β General or Pricing tab |
| Meeting point | Experience / rental product form β Content blocks tab β Check-in details |
| Ages | Experience form β Rate categories β min / max age |
| Group size | Experience form β General tab β min / max participants |
| Cancellation | Settings β Policies β tier with the longest free-cancellation window |
So the overview block is free β you get it the moment you fill in those fields.
How Customers See Itβ

Each tile is compact, touch-friendly on mobile, and tap-opens a small tooltip with the full detail.
Tipsβ
- Fill in Check-in details even if only a sentence. That single sentence powers the Meeting point tile for every customer who views the page.
- Set min/max participants on your experiences β otherwise the Group size tile stays blank.
- Use rate categories for age ranges instead of writing ages into the description. Customers skim the overview tile; they don't read the description.
