Adventure & Spirit is Bali's pioneering canyoning operator, leading guided canyon descents through the island's lush north since 2007. Based near Gitgit in the Buleleng regency, they are the only team in Indonesia fully certified by ICOpro (the International Canyoning Organisation), setting the safety standard that other local operators follow.
Their programmes range from beginner-friendly half-day canyon descents with gentle rappels and natural waterslides to advanced full-day expeditions involving multi-pitch abseils down 20-metre waterfalls on the Yeh Lampah River. They also run trekking tours through the Lemukih village area, where over 15 waterfalls are scattered across terraced jungle hillsides. Group sizes are kept small, and all technical gear — harnesses, helmets, wetsuits — is provided and maintained to European standards.
