About Canyon REO
Canyon REO is a professional river equipment outfitter based in Flagstaff, specialising in gear for private, non-commercial Grand Canyon rafting expeditions. Founded by Donnie and Caroline Dove — who met on a commercial river trip and later moved to Flagstaff to raise their family — Canyon REO has built a worldwide reputation over nearly three decades of outfitting Grand Canyon permit holders.
Their services cover everything a private trip leader needs: fully rigged 14-, 16-, and 18-foot rafts, complete kitchen setups, NPS-required safety and sanitation systems, food packing with flexible menu planning, and round-trip shuttle transportation to and from the river. For day use closer to town, Canyon REO also rents stand-up paddleboards and kayaks for Northern Arizona lakes, creeks, and reservoirs, available for single or multi-day pickup from their Flagstaff location.
