Cycle Logical is Homer's dedicated bike and ski shop, located on East Pioneer Avenue in the heart of town. The shop handles sales, service, rentals, and seasonal gear for cyclists and skiers exploring the trails, beaches, and back roads of the southern Kenai Peninsula, and it runs the app-based "Spit Bikes" self-serve bike-share system that operates around the clock through the summer.
Their rental fleet is unusually deep for a small town: e-bike cruisers and e-mountain bikes from Aventon, Trek Farley fat bikes built for riding Homer's tidal beaches, Specialized FUSE mountain bikes, classic cruisers, and kids' Hotrock bikes. Add-ons include child and cargo trailers, tag-a-longs, bikepacking bags, and auto racks, so families and long-distance riders can outfit a full trip. In winter, the shop shifts to a full ski operation with Nordic and backcountry ski rentals out of its East End Road ski shop.
