Eucumbene and Jindabyne Fishing Charters is a family business run by Mark and Vicki Fountain, offering half and full-day trout fishing charters on two of Australia's most productive freshwater lakes. Mark brings over 30 years of fishing experience in the Snowy Mountains region, with intimate knowledge of where fish hold in both Lake Eucumbene and Lake Jindabyne across all seasons.
Charters operate year-round and cater to anglers of all experience levels, with all quality rods, reels, and tackle supplied for trolling methods. Mark shares his expertise on lure selection, depth control, boat positioning, and reading sonar to locate schools of fish. The boat is equipped with modern fish-finding electronics, comfortable seating, and all safety equipment. Both lakes are renowned for trophy-sized brown and rainbow trout, with Lake Eucumbene in particular producing consistent fish over 3 kilograms.
The Fountain family's three decades on these waters means they've fished through every drought, flood, turnover, and boom cycle the lakes have experienced.
