Neu i Roda is a family-run ski and mountain bike rental shop set on the access curve to the Incles Valley, between El Tarter and Soldeu in the heart of Andorra's Grandvalira ski area. Its name — "Snow and Wheels" — sums up the year-round approach: ski and snowboard gear through the winter, and mountain bikes once the snow melts and the Grandvalira Bike Park opens for the summer.
In winter the shop hires skis and snowboards across mid-range, high-range and premium tiers, along with the full set of complementary gear — boots, helmets, gloves, jackets, pants and goggles. In summer the focus shifts to mountain bikes, downhill rigs and road bikes, again with the protective equipment riders need for the bike park. Equipment can be booked online up to a day ahead, picked up from 5pm the evening before, and comes with free luggage storage so visitors can travel light.
What keeps regulars coming back is the personal, family-business feel: a 20% discount for booking ski gear online, an additional family discount for groups over four, and WhatsApp booking that makes arranging kit straightforward before arrival.
