About Original Wisconsin Ducks
Original Wisconsin Ducks is the iconic amphibious tour operator of Wisconsin Dells, running from 1890 Wisconsin Dells Parkway since 1946. Billed as the only duck tour in the world in continuous operation since that year, it is the largest duck operator anywhere, with a fleet of roughly 90 restored WWII-era DUKW amphibious vehicles that have become a defining symbol of a Dells vacation.
The signature experience is a one-hour, half-land, half-water tour covering the most scenic corners of the region — the Wisconsin River, Dell Creek, Lake Delton and the Lower Dells Scenic Park. The vehicles travel exclusive wilderness trails the company has used since 1946, dipping in and out of the water and winding through narrow rock passages and forested terrain. Tours run seven days a week from mid-March through mid-November with no reservations required, departing continuously throughout the day.
