Their winter programme covers ski and snowboard packages across multiple performance tiers, plus snowshoe rentals, sleds, helmets, and full clothing hire including jackets, ski pants, and gloves for visitors who prefer to travel light. Online pre-booking is available with no prepayment required, and in-store pickup includes a proper custom fitting session to ensure boots, bindings, and poles are dialled in. The shop is open daily from 8am to 7pm, 365 days a year, so there is no risk of arriving outside business hours.
From May through October, Slalom Sport switches to a summer fleet of mountain bikes and e-bikes suited to the trails radiating out from Zermatt, along with climbing gear and hiking poles.
