About Spirit of the North Sled Dog Adventures

Spirit of the North Sled Dog Adventures has run dog sled trips since 1994. Its Big Sky trips go out in Moonlight Basin, about 20 minutes above the Mountain Village, with views of Lone Mountain and the Spanish Peaks. Over the Christmas period it also runs trips near West Yellowstone in the Gallatin National Forest.

Trips run from December 1 to March 31, leaving at 9:30 am and 1:00 pm. Guests of all ages are welcome, everyone gets a turn to mush, and there is a snack stop on the trail. Reservations are required and are made by phone.
