About Adventure Park Fulpmes
Adventure Park Fulpmes is Tirol's first and largest high ropes park, set among the towering trees of a natural forest at the entrance to the Stubai Valley, just 20 minutes south of Innsbruck. The park opened as a pioneering treetop adventure destination and has since expanded into a TUeV-certified facility with over 130 individual exercises spread across 13 aerial courses totalling 1,632 metres of climbing distance.
Courses range from beginner-friendly children's routes close to the ground through to adrenaline-pumping expert parcours high in the canopy, featuring zip lines, rope bridges, pendulum swings, a freefall bungee jump from 10 metres, and a tree-to-tree snowboard glide 15 metres above the forest floor. The park uses a continuous belay safety system, meaning climbers are always attached to the cable. A no-time-limit climbing ticket lets guests tackle as many courses as they like throughout the day. On-site, there is also a giant marble run for kids and an outdoor restaurant.
What makes the Adventure Park special is its immersive forest setting — this is not a purpose-built structure but a genuine woodland course woven through ancient trees. The park is TUeV-safety-certified and staffed by trained instructors who provide a thorough briefing and supervise throughout. It runs from May to early November, with extended daily hours during the summer school holidays, and is reachable by the Stubaitalbahn tram from Innsbruck without needing a car.
