About Blue Planet Divers
Blue Planet Divers runs its dive operation from Baan Saladan at the north tip of Koh Lanta, a few minutes from the pier that serves the island's dive fleet. The center has built its name on environmentally careful diving and holds a PADI Green Star award for how it runs its boats, briefings, and shop.
Scuba trips visit Koh Haa, Koh Bida, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, and the Phi Phi sites, with PADI courses running from first-time try dives through Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, and professional levels. The center also operates Blue Planet Apnea, a dedicated SSI freediving school with its own course ladder from beginner breath-hold sessions to advanced depth training and instructor preparation.
Having scuba and freediving under one roof sets Blue Planet apart on Koh Lanta: mixed groups of friends can train side by side, and certified divers who want to try the sport on a single breath can cross over without changing operators. Reef-safe practice and small boat groups round out the offer.
