About Comolakeboats
Comolakeboats is the boat rental arm of Circolo Vela Canottieri Domaso, a sailing and rowing club on the northern shore of Lake Como. Situated on the provincial road just three hundred metres north of Domaso's centre, the operation benefits from the strong, reliable winds that make the upper lake a magnet for water-sports enthusiasts from across Europe.
The fleet includes latest-generation inflatable boats and motorboats ranging from 17 to 26 feet, all EEC-certified with full safety equipment. Boats can be rented by the hour or for the full day, with or without a skipper. For adrenaline seekers, Comolakeboats also offers water skiing and wakeboarding sessions behind a dedicated tow boat. An exclusive chauffeur service lets guests sit back while a local captain navigates to the lake's most photogenic spots.
The northern-lake location is ideal for exploring quieter waters that most tourists never reach — from the nature reserves near Pian di Spagna to the medieval villages dotting the Domaso coastline. Prices start from around seventy-five euros, making it one of the more affordable ways to get out on the water with a quality boat.
