About Dahab Freedivers
Dahab Freedivers is a dedicated AIDA freediving school based within the Red Sea Relax Resort, just metres from the beach next to Dahab's Lighthouse dive site in South Sinai. Purpose-built for breath-hold diving, it combines professional coaching with a full resort setting so students can train, eat, sleep and relax all in one place.
The school runs the complete AIDA course ladder — a one-day Discovery Intro, the AIDA 2 Freediver, Advanced AIDA 3 and Expert AIDA 4, plus combo courses, a four-week Master Program and full Instructor certification. Specialty courses cover mouthfill, monofin, no-fins and deep equalisation techniques. Training takes place at the Lighthouse house reef, the world-famous Blue Hole with its 90-metre-plus depths, and a dedicated 25-metre pool for technique and static work.
Facilities include an air-conditioned classroom, wetroom, hot showers, secure storage, a shop and a large roof terrace, with discounted resort accommodation, dining, gym and beach access for course participants.
