About Dive Life Tobermory
Dive Life Tobermory is a full-service scuba and snorkelling operation on the shore of Little Tub Harbour in the heart of Tobermory, the freshwater diving capital of Canada. The company works out of two Bay Street locations — a dive and snorkel centre with an on-site air fill station, and a PADI Five Star training centre — and specialises in exploring the shipwrecks and rugged underwater cliffs of Fathom Five National Marine Park.
The team runs public scuba charters for certified divers of every skill level, guided snorkelling excursions over shallow wrecks, and night dives during the summer season. New divers can start with a Discover Scuba Diving experience and work all the way through to full open-water certification and professional-level PADI courses. Support services round out the offering with equipment rentals, gear sales and servicing, air and nitrox fills, and tank inspections, so visitors can arrive with nothing and still get in the water.
What makes Dive Life stand out is its access to Canada's first national marine park, home to more than twenty known shipwrecks preserved in the cold, clear waters of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron. Operating seasonally from May through October, the crew pairs professional PADI instruction with genuine local knowledge of the best wrecks, walls and drop-offs on the Bruce Peninsula.
