About Dive & Relax
Dive & Relax runs its dive school from Lanta Castaway Beach Resort at the south end of Long Beach, and it is the only operator on Koh Lanta whose boats leave directly from the sand in front of the shop. No pier transfers, no long van rides: guests walk off the beach and onto the boat.
Fast boats make the run to Koh Haa in well under an hour, with trips also visiting Hin Daeng, Hin Muang, and the Phi Phi sites. The school teaches PADI courses from first-time Discover Scuba Diving sessions through Open Water and continuing education, and dedicated snorkeling trips share the same small-boat format. Group sizes stay deliberately low so guides can give each diver real attention.
The beach departure is more than a convenience. Shorter travel times mean relaxed mornings, an early return for the afternoon, and calm, shallow water for course training right off the beach. For divers staying along Long Beach, it turns a dive day into a short stroll.
