About Flying Ravana Adventure Park
Flying Ravana Adventure Park is Ella's flagship adrenaline destination, set on the Uva Greenlands tea estate just off Passara Road with sweeping views across the hill country. The park is best known for operating what it bills as Sri Lanka's fastest and longest zip line — a twin-wire mega zip that runs over half a kilometre and reaches speeds of around 80 kilometres per hour, certified to European rope-course safety standards.
Beyond the headline zip line, the park packs nine core activities into one hillside site: a SkyWalk, the Ella Swing, a Ravana Mega Jump, tower rappelling and abseiling, a climbing wall, ATV and quad-bike rides, archery and air-rifle shooting, plus a 3.4-kilometre mountain-bike track. Activities are sold individually or as combo passes, and staff can arrange onward tours to nearby draws like the Halpewatte Tea Factory, Ella Rock and Little Adam's Peak.
What sets Flying Ravana apart is the combination of genuine thrill-ride engineering and its convenient location minutes from Ella town, which has made it one of the region's most photographed and reviewed attractions. Trained instructors run every station, safety harnesses and briefings are standard, and the tea-estate backdrop turns every activity into a scenic experience as much as an adrenaline hit.
