Pepper Bush Adventures runs private wildlife, birding and wine tours in northeast Tasmania from its base at 65 King Street, Scottsdale. Day tours leave from Launceston or Scottsdale, and Ben Lomond resort lists it for visitors without a car.
Day tours include Ben Lomond with lunch at Josef Chromy Wines, Tamar Valley vineyards with platypus spotting, and the after-dark Quoll Patrol, where guests look for pademelons, quolls, wombats and Forester kangaroos. Birding and nature tours of two to four days depart from Scottsdale.
