About Pozowinds Windsurf Center
Pozowinds is a dedicated windsurf, kitesurf and wing-foil centre at Pozo Izquierdo, the legendary wind sports spot on the south-east coast of Gran Canaria that hosts a stage of the windsurfing World Cup. Sitting in one of the windiest corners of the Canary Islands, the centre offers school, shop and equipment-hire services in a setting purpose-built for board sports.
The team teaches windsurfing, wingfoil, kitesurf and surf lessons for all levels, and rents a full range of windsurf rigs, wing-foil gear, surfboards and SUP equipment. On-site services include board storage, sail and board repairs and grip replacements, and the centre also arranges nearby apartments and car rental for travelling riders, making it a one-stop base for a wind sports trip.
